Well Woman yoga class“I found last week helpful – not too energetic. This cold weather is tiring when its grey but energizing when its cold but there is blue sky. I went on a 5 mile walk last week which was the first time I have walked that far for a long time. It was with my local WI group – giving myself time outside of work.
