- These are bespoke classes that can address various needs, particularly yoga as therapy. They may include asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (expansion & control of breathing), Mudras & Bandhas (energy seals & locks), Concentration & Meditation, Relaxation & Visualisation.
- 1-1 Yoga Therapy is available online via Zoom, with home visits or in the Studio

I wanted to get back to a yoga class that would be gentle on my knees and strengthening for my prolapsed bladder.The classes are refreshingly surprising every week with a mix of mudras, lovely readings and variety of props to enable participation and my expectations have been definitely exceeded.
I realised quite soon that it is a process of ‘unlearning’ for me which has timed perfectly with changes in my consciousness – I need to be gentle with myself. A huge Yes for pelvic floor support exercises and some of them are very easy to incorporate outside of class and the alternative postures that extend the range of movement in my knees.
I would recommend these classes especially to women of my age or who have not tried yoga or who gave it up in the past. Bernadette’s experience and commitment to yoga is demonstrated by her range and breadth of knowledge which is superlative, I learn something new every week. Bernadette is mindful of individual needs and offers an extensive range of alternative practices tailored to personal need. Classes are held in a relaxed, calming and supportive environment with an emphasis on enjoyment and some fun along the way!
