“I have found it incredibly enjoyable to listen to. Bernadette’s voice is clear and calm. The speed is just right and it is as if she is in room with him talking especially to me. I have never been big on meditation nor mindfulness but this is such a pleasure to listen to that I actually look forward to my 45 minutes of me time. I feel much rested and regenerated.”

Empowered Labour workshops
Pelvises are like a set of fingerprints, although similar in many ways they are also unique to each individual.
By familiarising yourself with the shape of your own pelvis, choices can be made regarding which positions and movements you use throughout labour and birth that work with your unique structure.
Australian Bush Flower Essences
Australian Bush Flower Essences are catalysts that can help with self healing, by helping people to work through and resolve a vast range of negative emotional states and imbalances and to develop intuitive awareness. The rationale behind their use for healing is based on the belief that when emotional balance is restored, true healing takes place; that much physical illness is the end result of emotional imbalance.
A detailed consultation is carried out before any essences are prescribed. They are not intended to be used as a substitute for medical treatment, yet can act in a supportive way.
Location: at studio space in Greenwich or Blackheath.
Benefits of Well Woman yoga
I have been practicing Well woman yoga continuously for the past 4 years. It has become part of my life. It is a safe space for me to just be. I have learnt that subtle often means deep… When I first joined, body & mind were very much two separate things in my book & now I can say that I am able to connect with my body & my inner wisdom more & more. I know what serves me & what doesn’t.
I’ve learned a lot of techniques that I use in my day to day life, particularly breathing techniques, which I value very much. I am sure Well Woman Yoga has helped me reduce my fibroid from 8cm to 0.5cm.
V.Don the benefits of Well Woman yoga
I wanted to get back to a yoga class that would be gentle on my knees and strengthening for my prolapsed bladder. The classes are refreshingly surprising every week with a mix of mudras, lovely readings and variety of props to enable participation and my expectations have been definitely exceeded.
I realised quite soon that it is a process of ‘unlearning’ for me which has timed perfectly with changes in my consciousness – I need to be gentle with myself. A huge Yes for pelvic floor support exercises and some of them are very easy to incorporate outside of class and the alternative postures that extend the range of movement in my knees.
I would recommend these classes especially to women of my age or who have not tried yoga or who gave it up in the past. Bernadette’s experience and commitment to yoga is demonstrated by her range and breadth of knowledge which is superlative, I learn something new every week. Bernadette is mindful of individual needs and offers an extensive range of alternative practices tailored to personal need. Classes are held in a relaxed, calming and supportive environment with an emphasis on enjoyment and some fun along the way!
