I have been attending Bernadette’s Well Woman Yoga for 3 years and I have find a space of peace just for me. It is a place where I am not being judged, I can work at my own pace and according to the needs of that particular day. There is respect and nourishment of the body and the soul. I am also currently receiving regular Reiki treatments to aid me with my cancer recovery – I am finding these sessions very restorative, relaxing and pampering. Reiki
Reiki (pronounced Ray-kee) is translated as universal life force and is an ancient healing system, which is said to have originated in Tibet several thousand years ago. It became known in the West in the 1940’s.
The client remains fully clothed for treatment and can either be seated or lying. The treatment involves using a range of hand positions either on or just above the body in order to promote healing on every level.
The energy will flow wherever it is needed most. It is a very effective system and most clients tend to enter a state of deep relaxation.
Treatments can help with very many conditions, including stress, anxiety, migraine headaches, gynocological health issues, tumours, recovery from surgery and also support emotional healing.
In my capacity as an Australian Bush Flower Essence Practitioner, I also offer the incorporation of the essence cards during a Reiki treatment. You will intuitively select between 1-5 cards immediately prior to your Reiki treatment. The healing vibration of the flowers will play a part in the treatment, by being placed on or under your body, to connect to principle chakras.
This will not involve an Australian Bush Flower Essence consultation. Available for new or existing Reiki clients.
