A gentle reminder!

So that there is no confusion regarding our cancellation policies and T&Cs, here are the details:

Terms & Conditions for Yoga classes and workshops

  • Once a course or workshop has been booked and paid for, full refunds may only be given with 2 weeks or more notice.
  • For cancellations between 2 weeks-1 full weeks’ notice,  50% refunds may be given. Less than one weeks’ notice, no refund.
  • Yoga courses:  no advance discounts are given for holidays booked, social engagements which arise, your own or other person’s work-related issues happening. Regrettably, only in exceptional circumstances, such as your own medical or health needs, can refunds or credits be offered at short notice.
  • If the yoga teacher needs to cancel a full refund will be given. Or a credit will be issued, for the subsequent course or workshop, if preferred.
  • Please note residential yoga retreats have different T&Cs to the above.

Terms & Conditions for Reiki & massage appointments

  • 48hrs notice of cancellation  of all Reiki & massage appointments is required, otherwise you will be charged
  • Any unattended appointments or those without enough notice of cancellation, cannot be attended at a later date – even if prepaid
  • If you arrive late for your appointment the missed time cannot be made up
  • All gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of issue. They are invalid after that date & cannot be honoured
  • All new clients are required to complete a health screening form prior to any treatment
